Jack has always been a bit of a dreary young man due to excessive work and insufficient playtime. As a result, this affects all living things on our beloved sphere of rock that we happen to call the earth. Of course, there are some exceptions, such as plants. (There was no pun intended.) This is not difficult to determine, and all you need to do is take a look around you to resolve this.
From the birds chirping and hopping from branch to branch to the playful kittens and cubs of the African Savannah, there is simply an abundance of life to be found. Because we are the guardians of our galaxy, we haven’t forgotten about it. We happen to be the most gregarious of all the animals—beings, rather than things. Throughout history, man has always found a way to amuse himself. While most of us may not agree with some of the forms of happiness our forefathers chose to partake in, that does not make it any less entertaining or enjoyable.
It wasn’t so long ago that man was finally learning how to be civilized and coexist in perfect harmony with one another. Their definitions of leisure and happiness were quite different from ours. At the very least, it’s not something that we’d be delighted about. Wars and battlegrounds. Yes. This was the method by which our forefathers chose to amuse themselves.
The world as we know it has changed since then, and instead of the bloodletting that used to occur a few years ago, things have become more enjoyable! Or, to put it another way, amusement. Sporting activities that once resulted in bloodshed have evolved into something more pleasant. However, the thrill and adrenaline rush that comes with it has remained constant, and there is no better place to have that ‘once in a lifetime’ experience than at the MINUTE MAID BALLPARK around Houston, Texas!
