Discovery Cove

Discovery Cove is located near SeaWorld in East Orlando, Florida. It is one of the area’s most popular attractions. Visitors to the park can connect with the natural ocean life through a variety of activities such as snorkeling along a coral reef, exploring underwater with a full dive helmet, wading among stingrays, and swimming with dolphins, among others.

An aviary where you can engage with exotic birds, a calm river where you can explore and snorkel, and a tropical swim area where you may splash around in the pools or relax on a lounge chair on the sandy beach are also available. Discovery Cove offers a variety of activities that are not limited to the water. The Explorer’s Aviary is a place where you may feed exotic birds such as parrots and toucans while watching them soar through the air above you. Ticketed attendees can take advantage of limitless food as well as complimentary equipment rentals. If you want to remember your wonderful day at Discovery Cove, you may even bring home a souvenir snorkel.

Guests can interact with tropical fish and wander beneath a canopy of magnificent birds at the park for the day. A total of 1,300 visitors are allowed into the park each day, making your visit more intimate and pleasant than ever. A huge pool and lazy river welcome you to unwind and take advantage of the wonderful Florida sunshine. Bring the kids to the Freshwater Oasis, where they may snorkel alongside rays and tropical fish or play with otters in the shallow water. It is without a doubt one of the most enjoyable things to do in Orlando.

The SeaVenture water park is one of the most popular attractions at Discovery Cove. After being fitted with a diving helmet, you can descend into the sea and walk around the coral bottom, where you will be able to observe and swim with gorgeous fish and sharks (who will be behind a glass wall, of course!) One-day passes and all-inclusive packages are both available for purchase. Because of the high demand for Discovery Cove during the peak season, they recommend that you make your reservation well in advance.
